Ergonomic Specialist
Kelly is an Occupational Therapist specializing in Ergonomics and Worksite Prevention Programs. With 13 years of OT experience including 7 years working in various roles completing ergonomics and workplace prevention programs. She developed a Work Hardening Program from the ground up with an 87% return to previous Job of Injury requirements, provided hands-on ergonomic training for patient-facing staff on inpatient units at multiple facilities effectively reducing falls and injuries, and provided ergonomic evaluations from the office setting to phlebotomy and ultrasound. Kelly completed regular trainings with new employees in rehab and acute care settings at multiple facilities, with one rehab demonstrating a statistically significant decrease in patient falls, both assisted and unassisted.
